Becoming parents is an incredible experience, a kind of love that no one can explain if you have not gone through with it yourself. Once you have kids, your life will never be the same. However, with the wonders of parenting, there is also a lot of hardship that simply cannot be ignored. So while having kids is great, no one can say it is also not incredibly hard.

That being said, you know what is not hard? Becoming an aunt or an uncle. Having nephews and nieces is quite literally the best of both worlds. You get to experience all the fun and exciting moments of a new baby, without all the responsibilities that come with being a parent. Not to mention that this division of labor also ensures that they will always love you the most.

Unfortunately for the woman in this Reddit story, she found herself taking on more parental responsibilities of her niece than she expected. Mainly because her sister, the mom, is constantly asking her to babysit her daughter, without any signs of gratitude or consideration for the aunt's own time. At least that was until the sweet aunt decided to start charging her sister for her babysitting service.
